The Sellwood
The Sellwood is a “canned ham” style retro trailer. With the ability to sleep five adults comfortably year-round (some options required), this trailer is perfect for your home away from home. The base model hits the ground rolling loaded with standard features, and the upgraded bathroom model means you’ll be able to make your home anywhere you want.

Our base Sellwood model is loaded with a number of high-quality standard features, along with several additional ways to customize your trailer. Upon entering the Sellwood, you’ll notice the dinette with two benches, which converts to a single bed, to the front of the trailer. To the rear of the trailer is the sleeping area with a bed that folds into the couch.
The kitchen features a three-burner gas stove, oven/microwave, refrigerator, as well as a sink with running water.

Interior
Complete with an oven/microwave, stove, sink with on-demand hot water, a mini fridge, and pantry area, the kitchen space has everything you need to whip up delicious meals from inside the comfort of the trailer. The trailer can run off regular power, battery, and solar with the optional solar plug.

Sleeping Arrangements
The Sellwood sleeps up to five people comfortably. The front dinette converts into a 35″ x 79″ twin bed, while the rear couch converts into a 50″ x 80″ double bed. We offer the option of a hammock bunk over the rear couch and a fold-down bunk over the dinette.
Lighting
The interior of the Sellwood has ample lighting. The miter cut windows let in a lot of natural light. Whether you’re sitting around the front dinette or on the rear couch, you likely won’t need to use any of the lights within the trailer until nightfall. The trailer is also equipped with LED interior and exterior lighting for nighttime.
Ventilation
After cooking a delicious meal in the Sellwood’s fully equipped kitchen, the last thing you want is your home smelling like your last meal. With this in mind, we’ve included two built-in vents to air out the space, a stove hood located in the kitchen as well as a Maxxfan.
Entertainment & Additional Features
After a long day spent outdoors, wind down with some music from our installed bluetooth stereo, or play a movie on the built-in flatscreen TV with DVD player as you snuggle up in bed. The flatscreen is equipped with a side-swivel, allowing you to comfortably kick back and watch from different angles.
Exterior
The exterior of the Sellwood is anodized aluminum with a powder-coated stripe in the color of your choice (see below). There is a baggage compartment to the left of the door, giving you access to space to put camping chairs and other outdoor equipment. The windows are well-insulated and openable. With the side table, awning, and propane hookup options, you’ll keep the camping feel in complete comfort!

Customized Exterior Accent Color
For the exterior, we offer 10 standard colors for the stripe. For an upcharge, we can do a custom color instead or even make your entire trailer one color.
